Pricing
Cabin - $150.00 + HST/per night
Unserviced - $42.00 + HST/per night
2 way 15 Amp - $50.00 + HST/per night
2 way 30 Amp - $52.00 + HST/per night
3 way 30 Amp - $57.00 + HST/per night
3 way 50 Amp - $62.00 + HST/per night
Monthly
2 way 15 Amp - $1,000.00 +HST
2 way 30 Amp -$ 1,100.00 + HST
3 way 30 Amp - $1,300.00 +HST
Reservations/Check In & Check Out
Check out time is 11 am and Check in time is 3 pm.
Reservations will only be accepted if backed up by any of the following:
Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit in the amount of 1 night stay.
All reservations over a long weekend must be for a minimum 3 night stay.
Must be 19 years or older to reserve a site.



Cancellation Policy
Sites:
A $6.00 administration fee will apply to any reservation that is cancelled or shortened prior to the cancellation date, with the exception of the cabin, which is a $15.00 administration fee charge.
Cancellation date for the period:
May 15th to June 21st and September 04th to October 14th, is 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. June 22th to September 03rd is 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival. Any reservation not cancelled prior to the cancellation date the credit card on file will be charged for 1 night plus tax when the reservation was for 5 days or less. On reservations covering 6 days stay or more the cancellation fee will be 2 nights.
Long Weekends:
Any reservation cancelled within one week of their arrival a 2 night fee will be charged to the credit card on file. No exceptions.
No Shows:
If you do not show up for your reservation, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
Cabin Rental
Cabin Includes:
Queen Size Bed
Bunk Bed (Single on Top and Double on Bottom)
Full Kitchen
(fridge,stove, oven, microwave, utensils etc)
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)
BBQ
Cabin Reservations:
Cabin bookings are a 2 night min and a 3 night min on long weekends
$150.00 + tax per night
A $150.00 Damage Deposit will be taken at TIME OF BOOKING (Visa or MasterCard)
Family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids under the age of 19) or 4 adults
$15.00 extra per person up to a max of 6 people (max of 4 adults)
Cancellation of the cabin must be made 1 week prior to your arrival (if you are arriving on a Friday, you must cancel the Thursday of the week before).
If not a 1 night stay will be charged to your credit card
If you cancel before the week of your arrival a $15.00 admin charge will be put on your credit card
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS
Cabin Rules:
No Smoking in the Cabin
Dishes must be done before checking out (Charge of 50.00 will be added to your credit card if not done)
All rules of the Campground are to be followed







Campground Rules & Regulations
1) No refunds will be issued at any time for any given circumstance.
2) QUIET TIME IS 1:00 am. ANY excessive noise at any time will not be tolerated, so please be courteous of your neighbours! If you are asked to quiet down, you will be subject to eviction and will not be welcome back at the campground. No refunds will be given in this event.
3) For security, noise or emergency situations please call 538-8888
4) The Speed Limit is 10km/h. Please adjust accordingly, heavily traffic areas you should be driving much slower! A warning will result in the parking of you vehicle out front of the store, and you will not be permitted to drive within the park perimeters. Kids are playing so PLEASE slow down! No vehicle should be operated under the influence of alcohol.
5) Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash and cleaned up after. Excessive barking is not tolerated. Please be considerate of others.
6) All RV’s must have some sort of reception/connection device between their sewer line and our receiving line to prevent a backup in the sewer system. If you do not have one, they are available to purchase at the store which will meet this requirement.
7) Kids MUST be supervised by an adult, while swimming, playing on playground, or just running in the campground. Kids are to be on their own lot by 11pm.
8) No black or grocery bags are to be used, clear bags only!
9) All vehicles must be registered at the office. One vehicle may remain on site; everyone else is to park on grass in front of pond by front office.
10) One family per site, that is 2 adults and 3 children permitted. $6.00 per extra person/per night, as permitted by office staff.
11) No fireworks or fire crackers are permitted
12) Valley R&R Campground is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
13) Entry to Wheaton’s FIELDS or Corn fields is not permitted.
14) Bike helmets for bicycles MUST be worn by both adults and children!
15) Valley R&R Campground will not be responsible for stolen property, damages or injury of any kind.
16) No drugs of any kind allowed on the property, INCLUDING CANNABIS (unless you have a medical marijuana card and you can show us this card to allow usage in a designated area)
17) Whoever signs this waiver is responsible for all persons on site.
Breaking of these rules can lead to eviction.

Recycling & Disposal
FOOD WASTE: (green cart) No plastic of any kind please including; forks, bags and Styrofoam
ONLY peelings and leftover food including:
tea bags, coffee grounds & filters, egg shells, food soiled paper,
paper towel or box board, i.e., pizza and KFC boxes.
NOTE: To help reduce maggots please wrap your compost in old
newspaper etc.
GARBAGE: ONLY CLEAR BAGS MAY BE USED!!!
plastic wrap, plastic utensils, dirty plastic, plastic containers other than
1, 2 or 4
cardboard soiled by other than food
dog droppings & kitty litter
dried out paint or stain cans, with lids removed
chips bags & candy wrappers
Styrofoam products, disposable coffee or slushie cups
lids from all beverage containers, salad dressing and glass jars, broken
glass
liners from cereal boxes
feminine hygiene products and baby diapers
scouring pads, latex gloves, toothpaste tubes
PAPER PRODUCTS: (deposited directly into the recycle station)
clean cardboard and newspaper
clean box board, i.e., core from toilet paper or paper towel, cereal or
cracker boxes
CLEAN RECYCLABLES: (deposited directly into the recycle station)
clean milk cartons and bags
clean glass jars, lids go to garbage
clean plastic bottles, lids go to garbage
all clean plastics numbered 1, 2 or 4
clean plastic bags
clean tin cans and their lids
NOTE: to clean containers simply rinse with water, your old dish water is preferred
REFUNDABLE CONTAINERS: (please remove lids before depositing in
the recycle station)
all soft drink, juice, water ( 4 litre and smaller) and alcohol containers
NOTE: Proceeds from refundables will go to the Plantation Kids Committee.
